CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Full construction management is an important component to this project from interacting with specialist glass companies and structural engineers, to actualising the architects’ vision from paper to reality. As well as coordinating the multi factor construction work to our high standard.
GROUNDWORKS & CIVIL ENGINEERING
We supplied piling and ground beam works to the foundations to ensure a stable bedrock close to the water as the correct start to this huge new build.
BUILDING & CARPENTRY
Our experienced construction team is currently building this traditional masonry construction. Staying ahead of the most up to date building materials we are fitting aluminium cladding to the roof structure, a dependable and state of the art product.
Combining our skill, high standards and innovative thinking, we will create a stunning home complementary to the concept of a tranquil waters edge living experience.
LANDSCAPING, DECKING & MARINE WORKS
This waters edge property benefits from our hard landscaping team for the entrance driveway and carpenters to create a vast multi level decking area along with harbour side work for moorings.
