NEW BUILD HOME SERVICE
This luxury new build development backs onto the River Stour in Christchurch, a historic waterside location in Dorset. We are building two luxury homes over three floors with tall bespoke glass windows and multiple balconies to take advantage of views across the water. The houses are generous and make use of all space effectively right into the roof space.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Full construction management is a crucial part of this build from the supply of groundworks for utility services and stability to ensuring this extensive, multi element new build has run smoothly and precisely. We interact with our design and engineering associates throughout the project to realise the client’s vision and bring their designs to life.
GROUNDWORKS & CIVIL ENGINEERING
This new build project required piling and ground beam work along with gas membrane installation works to create a strong foundation with access to essential utilities. Our experience in providing groundworks ensured that this was completed efficiently.
BUILDING & CARPENTRY
These traditional face brickwork and masonry cavity wall houses have been constructed by our experienced brick laying team to an exceptional standard. We keep up with the latest shifts in building materials and are using modern aluminium anthracite glazing and brise solie, these are bothstylish and durable.
Our talented construction team are building these classic, yet modern, brick built houses to a high standard. The attention to detail throughout the construction and
the unique design elements are visible and contributes to a stylish riverside living experience.
LANDSCAPING
We are installing hard landscaping to driveways and other areas of the exterior.
Our associates are fitting low styled contemporary gates providing privacy without obscuring the architectural design and the aesthetically sound wooden doors.
